A quick and easy meal. I threw this together very last minute.
Ингредиенты
- 1 box Stouffer's Stuffing Mix
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken
- Mix stuffing mix with butter and chicken broth
- Put stuffing mix on top of chicken and soup
- Cook for 30 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
