Ingredients: 8 x chicken breasts Seasoned salt and pepper; 4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar; 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 2 clv garlic; 2/3 c. dry sherry

Ингредиенты

8 x chicken breasts Seasoned salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 clv garlic
2/3 c. dry sherry

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put the oil and vinegar into a skillet and press garlic into the mix.
While the pan is heating up, sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper onto the chicken.
Saute/fry' the chicken breasts till they are "golden."
Place chicken into a baking pan and pour sherry over chicken. Place pan in the oven for 10 min.
Serve and enjoy!
