- Place bacon on bacon rack. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High for 3 1/2 min or possibly till almost done. Starting 1/2-inch from the end, slit each warm dog lengthwise. Cut cheese into 4 strips and place in warm dog buns.
- Wrap bacon around warm dogs and secure with toothpicks. Drain grease from bacon rack. Place warm dogs on rack. Cover with paper towel.
- Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min. Spread mustard on buns and place bacon wrapped warm dogs in each. Hot, if you like, 8 seconds each.
