%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Bacon%20Chops%20and%20Fried%20Potatoes*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%202%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20amounts%20I%20am%20giving%20here%20are%20for%20two%20people,%20but%20can%20be%20very%20easily%20multiplied%20to%20serve%20more.%20It's%20a%20no%20brainer%20really.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrepare%20your%20vegetables.%20Heat%20a%20large%20nonstick%20skillet%20over%20medium%20high%20heat%20and%20add%20the%20butter%20and%20oil.%20Once%20the%20butter%20starts%20to%20foam,%20toss%20in%20the%20potatoes%20and%20onions,%20and%20stir%20to%20coat%20them%20with%20the%20butter/oil.%20Lower%20heat%20and%20then%20cover%20with%20a%20lid.%20Cook%20for%20about%208%20minutes%20until%20the%20potatoes%20are%20tender.%20Remove%20lid%20and%20increase%20the%20heat,%20and%20cook,%20stirring%20until%20they%20begin%20to%20brown.%20Push%20the%20potatoes%20to%20the%20side%20and%20add%20the%20bacon%20chops.%20Cook%20them%20for%20about%20five%20minutes%20per%20side,%20until%20nicely%20browned%20and%20cooked%20through.%20Season%20the%20potatoes%20to%20taste%20with%20a%20pinch%20of%20salt%20and%20some%20black%20pepper.%20Divide%20amongst%20two%20heated%20plates%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote%20-%20an%20egg%20goes%20very%20well%20with%20this%20if%20you%20really%20want%20to%20go%20whole%20hogg!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
