- 6 ounce soft cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 lrg egg
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese - (2 ounce)
- 2 x green onions minced
- 1 can refrigerated flake biscuits - (10 ounce)
- 5 slc bacon cooked, crumbled Sliced green onions for garnish

- Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer till blended. Stir in cheese and green onions. Set aside.
- Separate biscuits into 10 portions. Pat each portion into a 5-inch circle and press on bottom and up sides of greased muffin c., forming 1/4-inch edge. Sprinkle proportionately with half of bacon and spoon cream cheese mix proportionately on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 22 min or possibly till set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, lightly pressing into filling. Remove immediately from pan and serve hot. Garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
