Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Half and half
  • 1 x 8 ounce pkg. dry apricots, finely minced

  1. Bay leaves butter
  2. Combine beef, salt and curry pwdr. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and cream. Combine half of the egg mix with the beef; stir in apricots. Turn into a greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Pour remaining egg mix over top; float several bay leaves on top of lowfat milk; dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 min till top resembles baked custard.
