I love this recipe for grilled chicken. Simply combine all ingredients in a dish, then mix well and coat chicken for at least 3 hours.

  • Fresh basil, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons Emeril's BAM seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon hot or wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
