Ingredients: 15 x Ripe medium California Avocados, seeded and peeled; 1 lrg onion, minced; 3 x Garlic cloves, crushed; 2 x Tomatoes, diced; 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated; 5 x Green chilies, diced (WEAR GLOVES); 1 c. Fresh cilantro, finely minced; 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice; 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Ингредиенты

15 x Ripe medium California Avocados, seeded and peeled
1 lrg onion, minced
3 x Garlic cloves, crushed
2 x Tomatoes, diced
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
5 x Green chilies, diced (WEAR GLOVES)
1 c. Fresh cilantro, finely minced
1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Инструкции

In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
Note: To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and chill.
