  • 2 x avocados, peeled & minced
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed till smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or possibly fried tortillas.
  2. Makes 1 2/3 c. of dip.
