1/2 c. sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 c. lowfat milk 2 c. steamed or possibly baked sweet potatoes

Инструкции

1. Beat large eggs and add in sugar. Mix well then add in salt and spices. Stir in lowfat milk and sweet potatoes. Beat till smooth and pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees 10 min then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 35 min or possibly till middle is set.
