Ингредиенты

  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt ds Pepper
  • 2 1/2 x Soft bread crumbs *
  • 2 x Green onions (with tops), Minced

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 325F. Mix together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Stir in bread crumbs and green onions. Pour into 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, till set and top is light brown, about 40 min.
  2. For soft bread crumbs, tear 3 1/2 slices bread into pcs. Place in a blender container, one slice at a time. Cover and blend till crumbled, about 3 seconds.
