Ингредиенты

  • 1 x Piece ginger (2"), peeled and coarsely minced
  • 1 lrg Onion, coarsely minced
  • 1 x Red bell pepper, coarsely minced
  • 4 x Ripe tomatoes, coarsely minced
  • 4 c. Fish stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce (Nam pla)
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 24 x Prawn tails
  • 3/4 c. Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. Parsley, finely chopped

Инструкции

  1. Place the ginger, onion, red pepper and tomato in the food processor till smooth. Transfer to a heavy casserole and cook at high heat, stirring, for 3-4 min, Add in the fish stock, fish sauce and cayenne, and stir to mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer for about 10 min. Add in the coconut lowfat milk and prawns and cook on high heat stirring, for about 3 min.
  3. Turn down to a simmer and cook another 3 min. Stir in the cilantro and parsley before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings by adding more fish sauce and cayenne.
