Name: Aunt Laura's Chocolate Cake
Ingredients: 3 sqr chocolate; 3/4 c. Boiling water or possibly coffee, or possibly combination; 3 x Large eggs, well beaten; 2 1/4 c. Sugar; 3/4 c. Butter; 1 pch Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 1/2 x -(up to); 1 3/4 c. Buttermilk; 1 1/2 tsp Soda; 2 1/4 c. Sifted flour; 1 sqr chocolate, melted

Ингредиенты

3 sqr chocolate
3/4 c. Boiling water or possibly coffee, or possibly combination
3 x Large eggs, well beaten
2 1/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Butter
1 pch Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 x -(up to)
1 3/4 c. Buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp Soda
2 1/4 c. Sifted flour
1 sqr chocolate, melted

Инструкции

Heat 3 squares chocolate in water. Cold. Combine Large eggs, sugar, salt and butter. Add in chocolate mix, vanilla, buttermilk and soda. Add in flour.
Pour into three 8- or possibly 9-inch pans. Bake at 375 about 30 min. Cold and ice with Colonnade Icing (see Index). Dribble 1 square chocolate over top and sides.
