- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 to 5 T melted butter
- 24 ounce cream cheese
- 4 med. large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 T flour (very important)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Инструкции
- Grease with butter the bottom and sides of a cheese cake pan (10 inch spring- form pan). Mix together crust ingredients. Pat down firmly in pan and place in freezer while making filling.
- Beat together all filling ingredients. Pour over crumbs. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 min, then turn down to 300 degrees for 40 min. Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 1 hour to cool. Then chill. When cold, unlock side of pan.
