- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can peaches (or possibly 1 quart. peaches)
- 1 stick butter
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.Put butter in casserole dish in oven till melted.
- Put together flour, lowfat milk and sugar to make thin batter. Pour batter over melted butter. Pour peaches over batter.
- Bake till golden. Batter will rise up over edge of peaches creating a brown crust. (Can use any fruit desired - apples, peaches, etc.).
