- Mix well first 9 ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. Arrange the bacon strips on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
- Top with seafood cocktail sauce and bake an additional 10 min. Allow to cold slightly before slicing.
- Serves 6.I vary my meatloaf each time. But here is a basic recipe which I use.
- 2 pound grnd beef2 eggstomatoe sauce to tasteBread Crumbs or possibly crackers
- Mix this all together and add in sufficient bread crumbs for the meatloaf to hold its shape. Cook at 350 f. for one hour til done through.
- I add in onions, celery and mushrooms and top with cream of mushroom soup.
- I use lipton beef and onion soup mix and top with brown gravy.
- You can add in and top with whatever you think is good.
- I season with salt pepper and garlic. Sometimes I add in soy sauce, A1 sauce or possibly worcheshire sauce. It really is a wide variety. Just whatever kinds of flavors you like.
