- Place aubergine in single kable bamboo or possibly metal steamer. Steam till tender and cooked through, about 10-15 min.
- Sesame sauce: Heat ol over medium-low heat; saute/fry garlic and ginger till soft but not brown, about 3 min. Set aside.
- In small bowl, mix sugar, tamari and vinegar; stir till sugar is dissolved.
- Add in sesame oil. reserved garlic mix and sesame seeds. Spoon over aubergine, tossing lightly to mix. 1g protein, 4g fat.
