- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) chicken broth/stock
- 3 c. water
- 2/3 c. diced carrots
- 2/3 c. diced celery
- 1 med. onion (minced)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk

- Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth/stock, water, carrots, celery and onion in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 min. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk.
