- Trim the bottoms of the asparagus stalks and cut the stalks into bite-sized pcs. In a dry frypan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat till golden. Set aside.
- In the same frypan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add in the ginger.
- Cook for 1 minute, then add in the asparagus and salt. Toss and add in the orange zest and juice.
- Reduce the heat to medium, cover and let cook for 3-4 min.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds and serve.
