- With butter, flour, and lowfat milk, make a smooth gravy. Remove from heat and add in egg yolks, blend. Stir in asparagus. Beat egg whites till stiff; carefully fold into mix. Bake in a greased 2-qt baking dish (straight sided)
- in preheated oven 30-40 min at 375 degrees, or possibly till puffed and knife inserted will come out clean. Serve at once.
- Makes 4 servings. Othervegetables may be substituted for the asparagus.
