Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb of asparagus tips steamed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon parmigiana-reggiano grated
  • 1 tsp of saffron
  • 1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Mix the egg with grated parmigiana cheese and saffron.
  2. Place olive oil in a saute pan, add in asparagus tips, when they are hot add in egg mixture.
  3. Mix rapidly and when eggs are cooked remove from heat.
  4. Serve hot.
