Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 c. cut asparagus (cook and liquid removed)

Инструкции

  1. Soak crumbs in lowfat milk. Add in shredded cheese (1 1/2 cup). Beat egg yolks, seasonings, and butter. Add in 2 cups asparagus. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix.Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Serves 6. Bake at 325 degrees till thickened and slightly browned.
