- Enjoy these.
- Cook asparagus in a small amount of water till tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 c. liquid. Cold. Puree asparagus till smooth. Add in 1 c. lowfat sour cream and the cream cheese; blend well. In a saucepan, combine gelatin and reserved liquid; heat slowly till the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in the asparagus mix, ham, chives and pepper. Pour into a 1-qt round-bottom bowl coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and refrigeratetill set, about 6 hrs. Unmold onto a plate and spread with reserved lowfat sour cream. Garnish with additional ham and asparagus if you like.
