Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb salmon, fillet, (with skin)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped ginger, root
  • 2 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1 pch pepper
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Make several shallow diagonal slashes in skinless side of salmon.
  3. Place, skin side up, in shallow glass dish.
  4. Whisk together oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, gingerroot, garlic, pepper and cayenne; pour over salmon. Cover and marinate for 30 min.
  5. Discarding marinade, place fillet, skin side down in roasting pan.
  6. Roast for calculated time: 10 min per inch or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
