Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lb Boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Beef-flavor instant bouillon
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 c. Diagonally sliced celery
  • 1 x Red or possibly green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 c. Frzn green beans
  • 1 can Sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed, 8oz
  • 2 can Mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven or possibly large saucepan over medium-high heat till warm.
  2. Add in pork, onion and garlic; cook till pork is brown. Stir in 2 c. water, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 min.
  3. Add in celery, bell pepper , green beans, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer an additional 5-10 min or possibly till vegetables are done.
  4. Combine 1/4 c. water and cornstarch. Gradually add in to vegetable mix, stirring constantly.Cook and stir till thickened. Serve over rice.
