- Lay the tortillas out on a board.
- Mix the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thickly onto each tortilla smoothing to the edges.
- Top with the fish a tiny squeeze of lemon and a good grinding of black pepper.
- Roll up refrigeratebriefly then cut and eat.
- Cut each roll into 7 to 8 pinwheels for canapes; or possibly cut in half to eat as a snack.
- You can add in some minced fresh dill into the cream cheese niixture for added colour.
- You can use coldsmoked venison instead of salmon.
- Serves 6
