- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Plus
- 1 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

- Butter a 10" pan. Preheat the oven to 400F. Beat the Large eggs, sugar and vanilla till it whittens. Add in the melted butter and mix well. Sift the flour and BP. and add in to the previous mix, mix gently. Pour in the prepared pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the topping. Heat the butter on med heat. Add in the rest of the ingred. and bring to a boil stiring constantly. Pour the topping gently on the cake and return it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
