Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb sausage meat (turkey can be used)
  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Инструкции

  1. Fry sausage till well done. (If using turkey, brown lightly and then add in a little water and simmer for about 15 min.) Add in apricots along with the juice they are canned with. Add in the sugar. Heat.
  2. Serve over "Finnish Pancakes" (see recipe).
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
