- 3 1/2 c. Minced, dry apricots
- 1/2 x Orange, peel of, finely shredded
- 1 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 3 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

- Here's a couple of conserve recipes (untried), which I found in a little
- Cook dry apricots uncovered in a qt of water for about 20 min, or possibly till tender. Drain and chop. Combine all ingredients in kettle, except for nuts. Stir over medium heat till thickened. remove from heat, stir in nuts. Ladle into warm jars and seal.
