Name: Apricot (Or Peach) Chicken
Ingredients: 2 whl chickens, cut into serving pcs; 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard, (either brown or possibly dijon); 2 tsp Soy sauce; 1 x Clove garlic, crushed Pepper to taste; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1/2 c. Apricot, (or possibly peach) preserves; 1 lb Canned apricots, (or possibly peaches), liquid removed and cut in half

1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard, (either brown or possibly dijon)
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 x Clove garlic, crushed Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 c. Apricot, (or possibly peach) preserves
1 lb Canned apricots, (or possibly peaches), liquid removed and cut in half

Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients except the canned fruit.] Pour mix over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till chicken is done. Shortly before chicken is ready place fruit around chicken and return to oven.
