1 can Apricot nectar (12 ounce) 1 med Ripe banana 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr

2 tsp Lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Honey 1 tsp Grated lemon rind Ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add in sufficient ice cubes to measure 4 c.. Blend till smooth.
