- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. apricot Jello (can use peach)
- 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 sm. jars strained apricot baby food
- 1 lg. Cold Whip
- 3/4 c. finely minced nuts (opt.)
Инструкции
- Heat pineapple, gelatin and sugar together till it simmers, add in cheese, apricot puree and cook, stirring till cheese is melted. Cool mix in refrigerator till mix mounds from spoon. Mix in Cool Whip and nuts. Place in refrigerator till mix sets.
