- 1/2 c. Butter
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Apricot preserves
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut
Инструкции
- Cream butter, cream cheese & preserves. Add in remaining ingredients & blend well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
