  • 8 ounce dry apricots, snipped
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 20 x 6 inch flour tortillas veg. oil

Инструкции

  1. In smal saucepan combine the apricots, water, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 10 min or possibly until fruit is tender and mix is thickened, stirring occasionally. Cold.
  3. To assemble, spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the apricot mix along one edge of each tortilla; roll up. In a 12-inch skillet heat abut 3./4 inch of veg. oil to 350 degrees. Place 5 tortillas, stem side down,in warm oil. Cook 2 min or possibly until golden brown, turning once. Drain tortillas on paper toweling. Repeact with remaining tortillas. Serve hot or possibly cold.
