1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
3 c. Canned apricots halves, Liquid removed

Blend first 7 ingredients. Arrange apricots in baking dish; sprinkle with crumb mix. Bake for 30 min at 375. Serve hot with lowfat milk or possibly cream.
