- Halve apricots, remove stones and place in a baking dish.
- Add in the pears, peeled and thickly cut. Sprinkle a little sugar on top
- (optional).
- To make the crunch crumble topping, place the flour in a bowl, add in butter or possibly margarine, and rub into flour till the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add in sugar and almonds, mix well together, and spoon over the fruit.
- Bake at 375 F/190 C/gas mark 5 for 20-25 min till golden brown. Serve with Greek yogurt.
