- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 x egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. applesauce Icing
- 4 tsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 5 tsp heavy cream
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar together, then add in agg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into butter mix. Add in raisins and walnuts, then applesauce. Pour into greased cake pan and bake for about 40 to 50 min. Mix icing ingredients together and spread over the sides and top of cake.
