1 1/4 c. oat bran 1 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. brown sugar

1 T baking pwdr 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 c. raisins

Инструкции

1. Mix dry ingredients together. 1/2 c. apple juice concentrate 2 egg whites 2 T vegetable oil 14 ounce unsweetened applesauceMix with dry ingredients till moistened. Pour into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees about 15 min.
