  • 1 c. unbleached white flour
  • 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour

  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. golden brown raisins

  2. Cook on a nonstick griddle over medium heat till both sides are browned, about 5 to 7 min. Serve with additional applesauce.
