Apple Pie Steel-Cut Oatmeal By Eliot, on October 11th, 2017 Since my last post was totally unhealthy (but delicious), I decided to post something a bit more “good-for-you” My dad was visiting us recently for a family reunion.  He is a diabetic with other related health issues and he does not eat as well as I would prefer.
