Ingredients: 5 Tbsp. Butter; 1 c. Onion, diced; 2 c. Bread, crumbs; 2 x Pippin apples, minced; 1 c. White wine; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1/4 tsp Allspice; 1 c. Almonds, minced

Ингредиенты

5 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. Onion, diced
2 c. Bread, crumbs
2 x Pippin apples, minced
1 c. White wine
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Allspice
1 c. Almonds, minced

Инструкции

In frying pan, heat butter and saute/fry onions till they are clear. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the onion mix. Add in apples and wine.
Return to pan and cook 5 min longer. Add in the remaining ingredients.
Stuff into turkey neck and body cavities.
Makes 1 batch.
