Ingredients: Connecticut; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. vegetable oil; 2 tsp vanilla; 3 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 2 tsp soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp grnd cinnamon; 1 tsp nutmeg; 3 c. minced apples; 1 c. white raising; 1 x (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, well liquid removed; 1 c. minced nuts

Ингредиенты

2 x Large eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp grnd cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 c. minced apples
1 c. white raising
1 x (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, well liquid removed
1 c. minced nuts

Инструкции

Beat Large eggs; add in oil and vanilla and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together; add in to egg mix and mix well. Stir in fruit and nuts. Batter will be thick. Pour into well-greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. Cold in pan 30 min. Remove from pan and cold on wire rack. Cake is delicious plain or possibly with cream cheese frosting.
