Ингредиенты
- 4 lrg Cooking apples
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/3 c. Water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
Инструкции
- Peel & core the apples. Slice them reasonably thinly & place in a large saucepan. Add in the sugar & water & cook till the apples are very soft. When cooked, sprinkle in the cornstarch, stirring & beating to ensure which there are no lumps. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Set aside to cold.
- When cold, it doesn't have to be cool, place in a blender & blend till smooth. Pour into 4 small dessert dishes & refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve with jam cookies.
