Ингредиенты
- 1 c. All-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 ounce Unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Applesauce
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced

- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8" square pan on bottom. Sift flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt together; set aside. In double boiler, heat butter and chocolate together over medium heat. Remove from heat and add in sugar and applesauce. Beat in Large eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and dry ingredients; stir in pecans.
- Pour into prepared pan. Spread proportionately. Bake 35-40 mintues, till done as desired. Let cold. Cut into squares or possibly bars.
