- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 rounded tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Cobbler Pastry
- In a food processor pulse together:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pulse in:
- 1/2 cup cold butter cut in small cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
