Ингредиенты

  • 3 lrg Apples, peeled cored and minced
  • 1/2 c. Apricots, finely minced (fresh or possibly canned)
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed spice
  • 16 sht phyllo pastry
  • 1/4 x Light salad oil Orange zest and juice to garnish.

Инструкции

  1. Mix apples, apricots, sugar and mixed spice together. Lay one sheet of pastry onto a flat surface. Brush with oil and cover with second sheet of pastry. Spoon filling into the pastry and fold into a envelope shape.
  2. Continue in this way till all the filling is used up. Bake at 200 C for 20 mins. or possibly till golden.
