- 2 med Onions, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh dill or possibly 1 tbsp dill weed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Salt

- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions and dill. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, water and salt; bring to a boil. Pour over cucumber mix. Cover and refrigeratefor 3 hrs or possibly overnight.
