  1. 8 1/2" Spring pan by 3 1/2" high
  2. Sift flour sugar and salt 9 times (I did only three) set a side. Beat eggwhites till frothy add in cream of tartar continue beating till stiff but not dry. Beat in vanilla and almond extract.
  3. Mix in flour mix TWO tbsp at the time folding till batter is smooth Don't OVER FOLD
  4. Pour into Un Greased pan spread proportionately bake in pre heated 325 f 65 t0 70 min (I baked only 60 min)
  5. Remove from oven invert at once LET CAKE HANG Till Cool . Ice or possibly not as desired
