A lovely Italian lady from Calabria showed me how to make this many years and it is always a success.

Ингредиенты

  • 300 grams cooked angel hair pasta cooked and chopped.
  • 1 tub of Italian ricotta cheese
  • 200 grams of fresh cheese
  • 150 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams of prosciutto
  • 100 grams of salami
  • 6 cloves of garlic crushed
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt/pepper
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • Oil or butter for frying
