Рецепт Amish Breakfast Casserole
Yummy weekend casserole. Great for brunch. This calls for bacon as the breakfast meat, but you can use sausage,ham or a combination of your choice.

- 1 lb bacon diced
- 1 med onion chopped
- 6 lg eggs, beaten
- 4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 12oz small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

- Preheat oven 350
- Grease 9x13 dish with cooking spray
- In a lg pan cook bacon and onion till bacon is crisp, drain.
- In a lg bowl combine remaining ingredients and stir in bacon- onion mixture. season with salt and pepper to taste
- Put into the baking dish
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 mins until set and bubbly.
- Let stand 10-15 mins before cutting
